Bus/Transportation Permission Form

If your child is going to be riding the school bus to or from school, please fill out the attached form and email it to kmehrten@3rusd.org or bring it by the office! This form will also be included in the packet your student will receive on the first day of school.  Providing the form early helps us have a better understanding of the routes we will have this year.
